Delivery Rates and Zones
Lagom Treat Bakery offers local delivery throughout the Lower Mainland. You will receive free delivery when your order meets the minimum price for your specific zone. Orders falling below the minimum amount will include a standard $15 delivery charge.
- Zone 1 ($30 minimum): Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody) and New Westminster.
- Zone 2 ($50 minimum): Burnaby, Pitt Meadows, and Maple Ridge.
- Zone 3 ($80 minimum): Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, South Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, and Langley.
Payment and Confirmation
To finalize your order, a minimum 50% deposit must be sent via e-transfer to lagomtreat@gmail.com
You can pay the remaining 50% balance either by e-transfer or in cash at the time of delivery.
Scheduling Your Delivery
Once your order and deposit are confirmed, we will reach out within 24 hours to arrange your delivery. Because baking is a passionate side gig for us, our delivery schedule is highly flexible. We do not have rigid time windows or holiday blackouts. Instead, we will work directly with you to find a date and time that fits perfectly for both of us.
Receiving Your Order
Due to Food Safe regulations, we cannot leave orders unattended at your door. Please ensure someone is available to physically receive your treats at the scheduled date and time. For deliveries to condominiums, apartments, and low-rises, we ask that customers receive their orders on the ground floor of their buildings.
We will send you a reminder on the day of delivery and contact you shortly before arriving. Because our baked goods are perishable, if you do not show up to receive your order at the agreed-upon time, the order will be entirely forfeited.
